Tahitian Ceviche

Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh ahi (fresh tuna will suffice)
- 1/2 quart lightly salt water (i like sea)

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Recipe
- 1 cut the fish across the grain into small
- 2 bite size pieces.
