Tahitian Ceviche

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fresh ahi (fresh tuna will suffice)
  • 1/2 quart lightly salt water (i like sea)

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice (must be fresh)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 dash tabasco sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cut the fish across the grain into small
