- 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped broccoli
- 1 package chopped spinach
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
Recipe
- 1 thaw and drain spinach and broccoli.
- 2 add onion soup mix; add sour cream.
- 3 put in buttered casserole.
- 4 top with buttered bread crumbs (don't butter them) and parmesan cheese.
- 5 bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
