Ingredients

- 1/2 cup celery
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 12 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 sauté celery in butter.
- 2 blend in flour.
- 3 gradually add tomato juice; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- 4 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 5 simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6 sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
