The Easiest, Tastiest Split Pea Soup Ever!

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups split peas
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour, mixed with a little cold water

Recipe

  • 1 wash peas and boil in a medium-sized saucepan until soft (about 45 minutes). place peas, sugar and salt in blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 return peas to saucepan, add rice flour, and stir over medium heat until thickened.
