Ingredients

- 4 cups split peas
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons rice flour, mixed with a little cold water
Recipe
- 1 wash peas and boil in a medium-sized saucepan until soft (about 45 minutes). place peas, sugar and salt in blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 return peas to saucepan, add rice flour, and stir over medium heat until thickened.
