- 1 butternut squash (baked and pureed)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- chopped chives
- nonfat sour cream

- 1 combine squash with broth, milk anda pinch of nutmeg over medium heat. top with chives and sour cream.
