Spinach Dip For Veggies

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 20 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted (2 packages)
- 2 cups sour cream or 1 cup sour cream & 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 16 ounces water chestnuts (1 can)
- 2 1/2 ounces knorr leek soup mix (2 packages)
- 1 cup chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 squeeze moisture from spinach.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 refrigerate for 3 hrs, or overnight.
- 4 serve in hollowed out round loaf of sour dough french bread or with assorted vegetables.
