Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or ginger paste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 heat oil, and saute ginger and garlic.
- 2 add turmeric and fry for about one minute.
- 3 break the egg in, and saute until cooked.
- 4 add the water, and heat until it comes to a boil.
- 5 add salt to taste.
