Turmeric Soup

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or ginger paste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil, and saute ginger and garlic.
  • 2 add turmeric and fry for about one minute.
  • 3 break the egg in, and saute until cooked.
  • 4 add the water, and heat until it comes to a boil.
  • 5 add salt to taste.
